LumeWell Shipping Policy

At LumeWell, every order is prepared with care and transparency. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and support your delivery experience.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During seasonal launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
United States Only: We currently ship within the U.S. International shipping is not available at this time.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for nearby customers:

Within 6 miles: Free delivery, no minimum

6–10 miles: Free delivery with a $25 minimum
Local deliveries are made during regular business hours. You’ll receive an email once your order is out for delivery. Please include any special delivery instructions at checkout.
3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Local Delivery: Same day or next day, depending on order time and delivery zone
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or holidays may affect arrival.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at shop@lumewell.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and offer a resolution.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. LumeWell is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email shop@lumewell.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

the shipping box
We’ll review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit according to our return policy.
