Are your soaps and body butters natural?

Yes — all of our skincare products are made with clean, plant‑based ingredients. They’re always vegan, cruelty‑free, and free of harsh chemicals.

Why doesn’t my soap have big, bubbly lather?

Our soaps are made without synthetic detergents, so they create a creamy, gentle lather instead of commercial-style foam. For the richest bubbles, use a loofah, exfoliating glove, or thin washcloth.

How do I get the best results from your soap?

Use warm water and a washcloth or loofah to help aerate the soap. Allow the bar to dry between uses to extend its life.

Why does my body butter feel thicker than lotion?

Our body butters are water‑free and made with pure butters and oils. This gives them a rich, concentrated texture that melts into the skin with your natural body heat.

Will the body butter melt during shipping?

It can — natural butters soften or melt in high heat. If this happens, place the jar in the fridge for 10–15 minutes. The texture may change, but the quality stays the same.

Is your body butter greasy?

A little goes a long way. Start with a small amount and allow it to absorb — the formula is rich but designed to melt smoothly into the skin.

Can I use your products on sensitive skin?

Our formulas are gentle and made without harsh additives. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test first.
